Cattle branding is one of Wyoming's oldest institutions. A registered brand is a legal instrument — recorded in the Wyoming brand registry, documented by the state livestock board, and recognized by law as proof of ownership. Brands have been burned, recorded, and transferred in Wyoming since before statehood.
Bitcoin is one of Wyoming's newest institutions. Wyoming has enacted the most progressive digital asset legislation in the United States. The Wyoming Stable Token is live. Bitcoin mining operations are running across the state, including at Range Sustain Grange — where miners heat stock tanks and generate revenue on working agricultural land.
The Bitcoin symbol — ₿ — is now both. A registered Wyoming cattle brand on a working ranch where Bitcoin hardware heats the water that cattle drink every day. That collision of heritage and innovation is not accidental. It is the entire thesis of Range Sustain Grange, and of Range Sustain Tech.
